What This Role Looks Like
You'll be out in the field meeting property owners, managers, and developers — selling contracting services they already need.
Sell Real Services
Handyman, painting, electrical, concrete, renovations — these are services every property owner needs. You're not selling something nobody wants.
Territory: San Diego County
Work locally. Meet clients face-to-face. Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and homeowners in your area.
Uncapped Commissions
Commission-only means no ceiling. The more you close, the more you earn. Top performers in contracting sales clear six figures.

🎓 Week 1–2: Foundation
