Subworkit Contracting was founded by Bernard Eldib with a straightforward mission: bring reliability back to the contractor industry. After years of hearing homeowners complain about no-show contractors, surprise charges, and shoddy work, Bernard set out to build a company that operates differently.
Based in San Diego, California, Subworkit Contracting holds California Contractor License #945572 — a general contractor (B classification) license that authorizes us to perform residential and commercial construction, renovation, and maintenance work across the state. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, protecting both our clients and our team on every job site.
Our name reflects our approach: we handle the "sub-work" — the countless small and medium projects that homeowners need done but often struggle to find reliable help for.
