Scope of Work
- ✓General home repairs (drywall, doors, fixtures, hardware)
- ✓Small installs (shelves, TVs, ceiling fans, blinds, smart locks)
- ✓Punch-list and turnover items for property managers
- ✓Multi-trade light tasks (caulk, paint touch-up, minor plumbing)
Pay
$25–$55 / hr (DOE)
1099 contractor pay — paid daily or per project on completion.
