You accept or decline. If you accept, you complete the job under our contract and get paid daily on completion.
Is this employment or 1099 contractor work?+
100% 1099. You are your own business. No W-2, no guaranteed hours, no continuous work obligation. You take only the gigs you want. We send you a 1099-NEC at year-end if you earn $600+.
When do I get paid?+
Daily on completion for hourly gigs (Zelle, Venmo, ACH, or check), or per project on milestone for larger jobs.
Do I need a contractor's license?+

All of San Diego County. Expanding into Orange County and Riverside in 2026.
What do I need to apply?+
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, your trade + desired wage, and reliability when you commit. License # is required for licensed scopes only.
